Therapy for Meaningful Change and Personal Growth
Compassionate, individualized therapy for anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, trauma, and personal growth. I offer in-person therapy in Lindenhurst, NY, as well as virtual sessions throughout New York, in both English and Polish.
Life is filled with joy and pain, but happiness is a choice that you can make.
Meet the Founder
Martyna Węgrzynowska, LMHC
Founder & Mental Health Counselor
I believe that life’s challenges can be difficult to navigate alone. Anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and other challenges can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of where to begin. Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to slow down, feel heard, and better understand yourself.
As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable being your authentic self. I believe that meaningful therapy begins with a genuine connection and a relationship built on trust, compassion, and understanding.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each individual. There is no single approach that works for everyone, and I take the time to understand your unique experiences, needs, and goals. Together, we can explore patterns, develop new perspectives and coping skills, and work toward meaningful and lasting growth.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and provide therapy in both English and Polish. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feel ready for something to change, I would be honored to support you along the way.

We’ll talk about your goals, your experiences, and what you hope to gain from therapy. Most importantly, it’s a chance to determine whether you feel comfortable and whether we are a good fit to work together.

That's completely okay. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes simply knowing that something doesn't feel right or that you want things to change is enough reason to reach out. Together, we can explore what you're experiencing and identify where to begin.
